IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pwin ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the website located at pwin.bid and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the pwin platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.1 By accessing pwin.bid, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all forms of access to the Platform, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application format that pwin may make available.
2.3 pwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you individually and the entity on whose behalf you act.
⚠️ 21+ ONLY: Use of the pwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gaming law. pwin employs age verification measures at registration and during the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the pwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

3.3 If you are unsure whether gambling is legal in your specific location, it is your sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the pwin Platform. Multiple accounts per individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered to you.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activity occurring under your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify pwin's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
pwin is required by PAGCOR to implement Know Your Customer procedures. Players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of:
4.6 pwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law.
5.1 All monetary transactions on the pwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). pwin supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for individual transactions may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically reflect within 1–10 minutes depending on network conditions. pwin does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
5.4 Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on real-money games offered on the pwin Platform. Funds may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity ("money laundering through the Platform"), and pwin reserves the right to investigate and refuse any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to believe such conduct has occurred.
5.5 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
5.6 Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts withdrawing via GCash or Maya. Bank withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.7 pwin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for the purpose of conducting security checks, verifying compliance with these Terms, or fulfilling obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering law. pwin will notify the Player if a withdrawal is placed on hold.
5.8 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and vary by account verification tier. Players should refer to their Account dashboard for applicable limits.
6.1 pwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published at the point of the relevant offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least thirty-five times (35×) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus may be made.
6.3 Bonus funds and winnings accumulated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Winnings exceeding the maximum cashout limit specified in the individual promotion terms may be voided.
6.4 Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting Promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other abusive behavior will have their Account suspended and Promotion winnings forfeited.
6.5 pwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a Promotion prior to cancellation will be given reasonable notice and their accrued entitlements honoured subject to verification.
6.6 Free spins are valid for a limited period as stated in the relevant promotion. Unused free spins expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
6.7 Unless a Promotion is explicitly stated to be available for use with all games, certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations. Game-specific contribution percentages are set out in individual promotion terms.
7.1 Each game available on the pwin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the gameplay mechanics of that particular game.
7.2 pwin uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and audited to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with applicable gaming standards as required by PAGCOR.
7.3 Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game events — cards dealt, dice thrown, roulette ball position — and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, pwin's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined from system logs, the relevant bet will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account.
7.5 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term mathematical averages and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. Actual results will vary due to statistical variance inherent in all casino games.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pwin Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC):
8.2 pwin employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Decisions made following a fraud or abuse investigation are final and binding.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day. During a self-exclusion period, pwin will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including blocking access via the registered email address and known payment methods.

10.1 All content on the pwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and data compilations — is the property of pwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of pwin.
10.4 The pwin name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such marks without express written permission.
11.1 The pwin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any game, feature, or content on the Platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pwin shall not be liable for:
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by pwin's proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11.4 pwin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, capped at ₱50,000.
12.1 pwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
12.2 Upon closure of an Account, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player after deducting any amounts owed to pwin, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus Balances and winnings derived from Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pwin Customer Support. A closure request does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or game rounds already in progress at the time of the request.
13.1 pwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to pwin processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and service improvement.
13.3 pwin is subject to Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and processes personal data in accordance with the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality as set out therein.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and pwin, the Player should first contact pwin Customer Support in writing to seek an informal resolution. pwin will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a written complaint.
14.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Disputes relating to game fairness or technical malfunction may be escalated to PAGCOR pursuant to its standard player complaint procedures.
15.1 pwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
